The most important equipment for any of our tours is a pair of sturdy walking shoes (not hiking boots, but comfortable footwear that provides support and grip). All of our tours, not just the walking holidays, include a fair amount of walking, as most of the exploration of villages, towns, and cities is undertaken on foot \u2013 we believe this is the most authentic and enjoyable way to experience Andalucian life and culture.<\/p>\n
Depending on the time of year, adequate clothing is also essential. In the summer temperatures are extremely high, so you will need light, breathable clothes and a hat; however the cooler months in the mountainous regions of Granada, and the spring and autumn rains, also require adequate clothing \u2013 fleeces and coats during those seasons are a must.<\/p>\n
